HIGH PROTEIN BLUEBERRY CUPCAKES

High protein cupcakes.

Ingredients (12 cupcakes): –
– 125 g coconut flour
– 3 eggs
– 4 egg whites
– 250 g Chobani Greek yoghurt – Sweetener (Raw stevia)
– 200gm blue berries
 
Directions:
– Mix the eggs, coconut flour, yoghurt, blueberries and 2 table spoons of sweetener – Put the mixture in cupcake tins to about 3⁄4 full.
– Bake the mixture in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C
– Let cool down
 
– Optional: You can also heat up the berries in a pan and add the liquid onto cupcakes for the topping
– More sweetener can be added if you’re a real sweet tooth
– Let cool down and Enjoy!
