Water is super important. It keeps your body functioning as it should. It also helps fill up your stomach so you’re not as hungry. This makes it easier to stick to your meal plans. If you’re a 70kilos as an example, shoot for 42ml * 70 = 2.9 litres of water per day. To figure out your water intake, grab a calculator if needed and workout 42mls times your bodyweight in kilos and starting drinking that water!
